Customs entry is arranged through a licensed U.S. customs broker.
Eligibility depends on the commodity and transaction structure. Special or regulated cargo requires separate review. The quotation and contract define the service scope, charges, responsibilities and service entities.

What information should I provide before booking?
Share the commodity, transaction structure, available shipping documents and delivery city or ZIP code. Include receiving requirements and details of any existing importer or customs broker so we can review the arrangement.
Are duties, taxes and local charges included?
Only as stated in the quotation. Confirm the estimates, payment arrangements and responsibility for each charge before booking.
Can we discuss DDP or delivery to a U.S. warehouse?
Yes. We can assess eligible DDP requirements and coordinate the relevant transport and import stages. Warehouse delivery alone is not DDP. The quotation must clarify service scope, duty and tax estimates, payment arrangements and the parties’ transaction responsibilities.
Do these importer arrangements also apply to Canada?
No. The importer-of-record arrangements described here are for the United States. Canada shipments follow local import requirements and our existing destination-partner arrangements.
