Agree the scope before booking.
For China origin, discuss supplier and pickup coordination, the space request, booking follow-up, SI / VGM and shipping documents. Confirm which party handles each handoff before the cargo moves.
For the U.S. destination, tell us whether you need port-to-port freight or onward delivery. A port or rail-ramp pickup and warehouse delivery need their own receiving details and agreed partner arrangements.
Carrier coordination / OOCL. Our current primary carrier resource. Space and equipment remain subject to confirmation for each booking.

Keep your importer of record and, if you have one, your customs broker. We coordinate ocean freight, broker handoffs and destination delivery within the agreed scope.
For eligible shipments, importer-of-record arrangements are available through EASY ONE USA INC.
Customs entry is arranged through a licensed U.S. customs broker.
Eligibility depends on the commodity and transaction structure. Special or regulated cargo requires separate review. The quotation and contract define the service scope, charges, responsibilities and service entities.
Destination clearance, delivery and local charges are included only when expressly stated in the quotation. Confirm duty and tax estimates and responsibility for each destination charge before booking.
